Since 1978
the Nepal Mountaineering Association ( NMA) has had the authority to issue
permission for small-scale attemptis on 18 peaks and
added new 15 peaks all
together is 33 peaks. Trekking peaks provide a large range of difficulty and
are situated throughout Nepal. Mera Peak (6476m) Easy snow climb from the
Mera La, but sometimes crevasses complicate the rote. No food at all on the
approach from Lukla . Requires two weeks. Every body knows of
Mt. Everest and that's the simple reason why the Everest Base camp trek is
so popular. The trek has a number of stunning attractions, but it also has
some distinct drawbacks which might well deter potential trekkers were it
not for the undeniable plus point of being able to say you've been to the
base of the highest mountain in the world.

Day 03 Trek to Tuli Kharka [4300m]
Day 04 Trek to Mosum Kharka [3700m]
Day 05 Trek to Tangnag [4350m]
Day 06 & 07 At Tangang
Day 08 Trek to Khare [5000m].
Day 09 Khare upper end [5500m]
Day 10 Trek up to camp on the pass/ high camp [5800m]
Day 11 The Ascent [6476m] & return to Khare
Day 12 A spare day
Day 13 Trek to Mosum kharka
Day 14 Trek to Tuli kharka
Day 15 Trek across Zatrwa La to Lukla
Day 16 Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu
Note:- you need extra 3 to 4 days, allow one day for preparation trek in Kathmandu and back after trek in Kathmandu two days a head for safe flight back to your home.
