Visa & Entry procedure
Indian nationals do not require visa. However, effective from Oct 1, 2000 Indians traveling to Nepal by air have to show upon arrival at entry point either a passport, voter's identity card issued by the Election Commission of India, or an identity card with photograph issued by the Central or State Government of India. Visitors except the Indian nationals must hold valid passport and visa. a visa is required to enter Nepal. One can get a visa at the Royal Nepalese Embassy or Consulate or at the airport upon arrival. Children under 10 years need not pay any visa fees. Two passport sized photos are mandatory for visa on arrival.
Visa Fee
Free visa for all tourists who visit Nepal only for 3 days. Free visa for tourists of SAARC Countries and People's Republic of China.

Tourist Visa Extension
A tourist visa can be
extended up to 120 days from the Department of Immigration in Kathmandu and
Pokhara Immigration Office on request. Then after an additional 30 days
can be extended from Department of Immigration on reasonable ground, which
ensures one's departure from the country within 150 days in one visa year.
A) Tourist Visa extension fee and additional late fee are as follows:-
* Visa extension for each additional 30 days - US$30 in equivalent Nepalese
currency.
* The provision for single entry reentry and double entry has been revoked.
B) Late fee for
regularizing tourist visa:-
* US$ 2 in equivalent Nepalese currency per day for the first 30 days.
* US$ 3 in equivalent Nepalese currency per day for the next 31 to 90 days.
* US$ 5 in equivalent Nepalese currency per day for more then 90 days.
C) Transit
Visa
* A Transit visa can be obtained from the
airport immigration office for a period of 48 hours on the presentation of
confirmed air ticket.
* Fee for Transit visa is US$ 5
Trekking Permit
A
trekking permit is required to visit restricted areas mentioned below. To visit
restricted areas mentioned bellow. to visit other trekking areas, permission is
not required.
* RESTRICTED AREAS WHICH HAVE BEEN OPENED FOR GROUP TREKKING
The following restricted areas are open only for group trekkers. A Trekking
permit will not be issued to individual trekkers for such areas. The areas and
required fees are as follows:

Health/Insurance
We suggest our trekker to consult your private doctor elaborate of your trip. You should be aware on a trek is altitude sickness. You ascend above your bodies should adopt at less oxygen. Different people have different rate of acclimatizes. Liquids food and genitals walks is best way to escape from mountain sickness. Our trained guide will provide you instruction along the trek. We provide you PAC bag with Medical kit of Dr. Jim Duff's has suggested. We suggest each person has a basic First Aid Kit of their own use. Incase of emergence we believe that will not happen, rescued by a helicopter. Please make sure all the expenses incurred in evacuation should be cover by your insurance company.
Traveling within Nepal
Our geographical condition is not allow big aircraft in mountain region. We provide you small aircraft has 18 setters called Twin Otter Beech and Downier. It is easy to be closed to mountain and handle. We only provide bigger flight is called Avro Aircraft has 40 setters on flat region like Pokhara Biratnager.
Overland travel in Nepal are not similar as in Europe or America. You should have some food like chocolates & drinking water in your hand bag. Some time it should be really an adventure and take extra time because of vehicle condition as well as road.
Security
Despite of
conflicts between Maoists and
the Nepalese government tourist are absolutely safe. Medias are focus negative
and exaggerated and far from the realities. We have not notice any single threat to tourist from rebels
(Maoist). Maoist leaders always
announce that tourists are welcome to Nepal. We do not have any bad experience
or miss behave from Maoist to our guest except request for donation.

Getting into Nepal
BY SURFACE
You can enter Nepal by Land from both India and
Tibet . From Tibet , you cross the border at Kodari we have regular bus
too. From India , main borders are Sunauli/Belahiya, Raxaul/Birganj and Karkabhitta. There are also several border crossings in west
& Estern Nepal.
BY AIR
There are a number of International Airlines with direct flights to Kathmandu.
Clothing & Equipment for Trekking and Climbing
In mountain weather is dramatically changes so that we should have prepare for that both the warmth of the days and the chill of the nights. During the day time and lower altitudes, lightweight trekking trousers and T-shirts are recommended. It's good idea to carry a waterproof jacket and some warmer clothing with you. For the cold nights, thermal underwear, a warm fleece jacket and even a down jacket will help to keep you warm. Warm fleece and woolen clothing is available quite cheaply in Kathmandu and sleeping bags and down jackets, can be either bought or hired at very reasonable prices.

RENTING EQUIPMENT
Easy to rent items in Kathmandu are down jackets and
sleeping bags and day packs.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Half day sight seeing in Kathmandu. One night hotel in trek starting point, domestic flight, Full trekking arrangements which include park entrance fee, service of climbing guide, group climbing equipment, three meals a day while trekking, necessary staff and lodging. Specifically, camping treks include two person tent, sleeping bag, mattress, dining tent with table, stools, toilet tent, and kitchen equipment, and the staff includes, cook, sherpa guide and porters. Insurance up to 19,000 ft and porter equipment is included. Also included are land transport, airport arrival/departure, transport (sharing the transport 14 kg baggage allowance per client on trek). Use of kerosene for cooking and other nature conservation facilities and special hygiene service. Facilities complimentary for leader with paying group of 10 or more, leader of less than 10 paying 50% discount.
GEARS FOR CLIMBING TREKKING PEAKS
What to expect -When it is sunny with no wind a thermal top is enough,
backed up by a fleece or light down jacket for rest stops and a windproof
breathable jacket for when the wind picks up (Gore-Tex, Wind stopper or similar).

This assumes you have all the trekking gear like warm hat etc. The majority of this gear is available from us or in Kathmandu , and some of it can be rented.

Plastic Boots: full insulated over-boots, and with GOOD ( stiff) leather boots, these are an alternative to plastics.
