Drive from kathmandu by 200km
to reached Pokhara. Pokhara is the
starting or finishing point for some of the
best trekking in Nepal and the long Annapurna Circuit trek is the most popular
trek in the country. The reasons for the area's popularity are numerous but
topping the list is convenience. You can start your trek from Pohara-there's no
long, uncomfortable bus rides or flights to the starting point. Also, because
the Annapurna Range is so very close to Pokhara. you are in the mountains almost
immediately.
Royal Trek named because Prince Charles and his 90 persons are bitten this route in early eighties. Origin this trek from Kalikastan ridge, about 25 km from Pokhara the trek passes through beautiful Gurung villages. Finally end at Begnas Lake which is about 30 km west of Pokhara City. Day 01
Fly or drive to Pokhara, drive to Bijaypur, trek to Kalikathan
Day 02 Trek to Patle
Day 03 Trek to Syaglung
Day 04 Conclude trek at Begnas lake and drive to Pokhara
Day 05 Fly or Drive to Kathmandu
Note:- you need extra 3 to 4
days, allow one day for preparation trek in Kathmandu and back after trek in
Kathmandu two days a head for safe flight back to your home.
