01. ABOUT THESE TRIPS
These tours operate on private organized basis except the fixed departure 2005. Fixed Departure dates are available, our departure should be guarantied minimum two persons. To organize a private tour we need a minimum of four people, however a private tour for 2-3 people can be organized also with an extra.
02. CONDITIONS
The roads in Tibet is not same as Europe or America it it quite adventures rough and impassable. We use Land cruiser 4WDs for comfort and reliable journey. Other crew are follow up by Truck. In monsoon, the road condition is badly affected by landslides at that time we provide big TATA bus too.
Our guide is not act as interpreter only, he/she will experience in same profession will brief you historical & cultural values. The journey to holy Mt. Kailash is not luxury it is adventure tour as a pilgrimage and unforgettable.
03. FOOD
When you staying in hotels your dinning table will furnished by nutritious and fresh meals with variety of Western and local dishes. Morning breakfast consists of a choice of bread omelet, fried or egg scrambled, porridge, muesli and plane chapattis Indian style with tea, coffee & hot chocolate. In lunch is Western dishes like salad, cooked vegetable dishes, pasta and traditional breads. In Dinner is 3 course of meals included soup, variety of fresh vegetables, meat optional, rice and pasta closing with dessert. Tea coffee and hot chocolate are provided at all meals.
04. TIME
Nepal is 5 hours and 45 minutes ahead and Tibet is 8 hours ahead of GMT.
05. A TYPICAL DAY - OVERLAND
After breakfast, commence our tour about 9.00am. We stop for photograph and other interesting views. our driving hours is aprox 5 to 6 hr normally.
07. A TYPICAL DAY - TREKKING
Our regular day begins with wake up call at 6 am with hot cup of tea. You all tourist should have to pack up your trekking gears and followed by a bowl of hot water for washing. And ready for breakfast, we set off on the morning's walk. You have to carry is a small day pack containing day needed goods like water bottle, camera, sun cream, hat, rain jacket and a warm jumper, just in case. The porters or yaks will carry the rest of your gear for you. We stop for lunch at around mid day after waling a 3 to 4 hr. After lunch we continue our walk for 2 to 3 hr. Our regular walk is 5 to 6 hr daily to have afternoon tea at camp side. You dinner is served 6 to 7 pm onwards. You will share your experience jokes, dancing, singing. Our guide will explain about next day program. You will recharge by well sleep for next day.
08. THE CREW
The trekking crew are under the leadership of Guide called Sirdar in Indian language. Sirdar has rights to change or cancelled the trekking route according to the weather or situation in the way. There is no doubt that our guide aim is to make your trip enjoyable and colorful crew will accompany you. In that crew will be Guide (Sirdar), cook, sherpa guide, kitchen helper, and porters. It depended on the group size how many staffs will be. They are working in team so that absent of any one the trip mission is difficult to full fill. So that they are very important to their post and we always make our staffs well equip. Regarding the tip, end the program clients provide tip as a sign of appreciation.
09. CLIMATE
The day time temperature are in April and Nov from 15-25 Degrees Celsius clear weather. From July to August during the day time is ok but in night time is very cold temperatures are dropping to 0 degrees Celsius.
10. VISA REQUIREMENTS
We suggest you to apply for multiple entry visa for Nepal at your entry point. For Tibet group visa, we need your copy of passport at list 10 days prior and passport at list 5 days before the trip. Incase of emergence you have to pay extra money US$ 25 per person in one day before.
11. SECURITY
You have to carry with you all your travel documents like passport, flight tickets and money with you. Do to take photographs of Chinese soldiers and no politics.
